One conversation. Then a clear plan in writing.

You don't need drawings or a finished idea to call us. Tell us what isn't working in your home or yard, and we'll take it from there.

  1. We talk and we look

We meet at your home, listen to what you want, and look closely at the space. We measure, ask a lot of questions, and tell you what we think will work and what won't.

  2. You get a detailed proposal

The scope, the materials, and what isn't included are all written down, so you know what you're saying yes to before you sign.

  3. We plan it, then we build it

Selections, design, and scheduling come first. Once work starts, you get progress updates and a client portal, so you always know where things stand.

We'd love to help. What are you looking to get done?

Tap the closest fit. You can explain more when we talk.

When would you like to start?

Any answer is fine. It helps us plan the first conversation.

What we do

One company for the house and the yard around it.

Giovanni Home Services is a family-owned company with two sides. Giovanni Crafted Interiors remodels the rooms you live in. Giovanni Outdoor Living designs and builds the spaces around them. One team can think about your home as a whole, so the kitchen and the patio outside it feel like they belong to the same house.

The Giovanni Gold Standard

Six standards for how we run your project.

When a remodel goes wrong, the cause is usually a vague quote, a missed week, or a contractor who stops calling back, long before anyone complains about the tile. So our standard covers how a job is priced, planned, and communicated as well as how it's built.

We put all six in writing so you can hold us to them.

Read how we run a project
  1. Craftsmanship that holds up

Joints that stay tight and floors that stay flat, with finishes picked for how you live and for West Texas sun, wind, and dry air. We want it to look as good in ten years as it does the day we finish.

  2. Clear, detailed proposals

Before any work starts, you get the scope in writing: what we'll do, what materials we'll use, and what isn't included. You should never have to guess what a line item means.

  3. Communication you don't have to chase

You get progress updates as the work moves, and a client portal keeps your project information in one place. Nobody should have to wonder who's showing up tomorrow.

  4. Respect for your home

It's still your house while we're working in it. We protect what's staying, keep the work area in order, and treat your family and your neighbors with courtesy.

  5. Professional planning and scheduling

We settle selections, design, and scheduling before the build starts, so the job keeps moving and doesn't sit waiting on a decision.

  6. Accountability after completion

We finish with a walkthrough, and we're still reachable after it. If something we built needs attention, you know who to call.

How it works

Design. Plan. Build. Enjoy.

Four steps, always in that order. We don't start swinging hammers until the first two are done, because a job that starts before the plan is finished usually stalls a few weeks in.

  1. Step oneDesign

We start with a consultation at your home. We learn how you use the space and what you want it to do. Then we shape a design that fits the house, the lot, and the way your family lives.

  2. Step twoPlan

You get a detailed written proposal. Then we lock in selections, such as wood species, tile, hardware, and finishes. We build the schedule and line up materials before the first day of work.

  3. Step threeBuild

We manage the work from the first cut to the last coat. You get progress updates and a client portal with your project information, so you're never left guessing.

  4. Step fourEnjoy

We walk the finished project with you and check every detail together. Then it's yours to cook in, sit under, and live in for a long time.

Our work

A few projects we're proud of.

One is a hex tile entry cut into walnut flooring one piece at a time. Another is an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and a farmhouse sink, and a third is a set of drawers that pull out from under a staircase. Big job or small one, we hold it to the same standard.

Built for the South Plains

Lubbock is hard on houses. We build for that.

The wind here doesn't let up. The air is dry, the sun is strong, the water is hard, and a day can swing 25 degrees between morning and afternoon. Materials and methods that hold up fine in Dallas or Houston can fail here in a few seasons.

A good plan accounts for all of it. Pergola posts need anchoring against uplift as well as weight, and wood flooring has to reach the right moisture level before it goes down. An outdoor kitchen belongs out of the south wind, and the plants have to live on 18 inches of rain a year.

  • 115 mphThe design wind speed in Lubbock's building code. Any outdoor structure here has to be designed around that number.
  • 18.33 in.Average yearly rainfall. It shapes landscape, drainage, and garden design here.
  • 169 ppmAverage hardness of city water in the 2025 report. It matters for shower glass, fixtures, and tile choices.

We're based in southwest Lubbock and serve Lubbock and the surrounding communities.
